I confess I didn't spruce up for you. The cameras are always looking, but the old ones, the ones so big you can see --- maybe there's no longer anybody looking through them, but _they_ are still looking. They are old, and bored, and want us to look nice.
They like it even better when we entertain them, so I don't mind if you look scared. I think that's what they enjoy the most, why they told me where to take you, and when, and what to do.
